Materials, labor, timeline. Subs identified. Allowances called out where final selections are still open.
Permits pulled, start set.
Materials ordered with lead times tracked. Inspections scheduled when work hits the milestones.
Crew on-site.
Daily progress, daily cleanup. Punch-list walkthrough before we leave the job.
