One of our sales consultants will visit your home at the scheduled time. They’ll walk the space, take measurements, and discuss your goals, layout ideas, and finish preferences. This consultation is a great opportunity for both of us to understand what matters most to you.
Helpful tips to prepare for your walkthrough: Have all key decision-makers available, if possible. Bring any inspiration photos, sketches, or Pinterest boards. Know your general budget range — this helps us guide recommendations. Think about what’s working and what isn’t. Are you remodeling for functionality, resale value, comfort, accessibility, or a fresh look? Consider whether your project may require electrical or plumbing upgrades. Have an idea of the type of flooring you’re considering. We’re always happy to meet your pets! If they’re nervous or protective, please plan to secure them during the visit.
Our sales consultant will create a detailed scope of work based on your needs and measurements. You’ll receive a clear, customized proposal by email within 1–3 business days (depending on project complexity). Review the proposal at your own pace — we welcome your feedback and revisions. When you’re ready, approve the proposal and confirm any materials you’ll be providing. Your project manager will send a 30% deposit invoice and propose a tentative start date. Keep us updated on your materials’ readiness, and we’ll coordinate the schedule. Then, our team gets to work — bringing your vision to life!
You’ll have a dedicated project manager as your main point of contact for updates and questions. Our team will arrive on time every morning, ready to work. We will keep your home tidy with a thorough daily clean-up to minimize dust and disruption. If we run into any surprises, we’ll communicate clearly and work with you to find solutions that fit your goals and budget. We will protect your floors, walls and furnishings with plastic sheeting and floor coverings wherever needed. You’ll always know the next steps and timeline. No wondering when we’ll be back or what happens next. At completion, we’ll do a final walkthrough with you to make sure you’re completely satisfied.
